Diversity. Equality. Unity.

Age, gender, ethnic background, sexual identity, religion affiliation, income, and disability are just a few of the interconnected disadvantages that women confront. We've seen pictures, conjured images of girls in various conditions who live in poverty, even in the absence of a catastrophe. The backdrop of discrimination and differentiated crisis impact is created by the perception and actuality of vulnerability coming from these numerous intersectionalities. Almost all countries, regardless of how progressive, have a history of mistreating women. To put it another way, women from all over the world have been defiant to achieve their current standing.

There are a variety of strategies to empower women. Individuals and the government must work together to achieve this. Women' education should be made compulsory so that they do not become illiterate and unable to support themselves. Women, regardless of gender, must be given equal chances in all fields. Furthermore, they must be paid equally. By banning child marriage, we can empower women. Various programs should be held where kids can learn how to fend for themselves in the event of a financial emergency. Most significantly, the stigma associated with divorce and abuse must be dispelled. Because they are afraid of society, many women stay in violent marriages. Parents must teach their daughters that coming home divorced is preferable to coming home in a coffin.

Governments from all throughout the area have made commitments to solve these concerns. Governmental and non-governmental institutions are leading the way in offering refuge and assistance to women and girls who are at risk of or have experienced gender-based violence. In addition, donor nations and multilateral organizations are prioritizing gender equality and women's rights in the assistance they provide.

We have the capacity to modify conventional social norms and prejudices that keep today's women from excelling in education, sports, the arts, and science, and from becoming tomorrow's powerful and prominent women. It is critical that we continue to debate issues surrounding the attainment of complete and equal rights for girls, as well as establish projects to attract public attention and generate necessary knowledge to help tomorrow's successful women, in order to make "the change we need." As global citizens, we must continue to support girls in order to create strong women who break new ground and contribute to their families, societies, and countries by thinking, working, and practicing.
